Casa Oliva Albergo Diffuso - Bargni

Yesterday I called to ask for the possibility of having a room for two nights with reservation at the spa plus a 50-minute massage I was asked to send more information via e-mail and I did as required and I was answered that I am a person too demanding and that I should face a 5-star facility. Here you judge, I'm not adding anything else.

I got to know this receptive structure thanks to a bride I made up for her own day. After a long walk through a staircase perched under The Hotel You can not park near the same, but there is an unattended parking space a few km) you reach this complex which is called widespread because it offers housing and accommodation for the medieval village of Bargni, in which it rises. Discreet and elegant, it also has a bar and restaurant, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us various drinks on trays given the day of exceptional heat. The place looks good considering the panorama is the village on which it is located, but non-existent service on arrival there was no one to welcome us at the reception, we had to call via phone on the second day even on the phone they answered to recover the key of the room I was forced to enter somewhere else and recover the keys alone. Room door if not closed to key opens itself with a little air, room with spiderwebs in the walls and dust inside the closet the detached and unfunctioning fridge and being inside the closet warmed a lot, air conditioning working but as if it was not given the constant heat in the room, bathroom department with pieces that detach the tap of the shower box. I tried dinner in the evening and I must say that the price is high for the quality that they propose that and to review with that price and seen the little people that there was also in the next evenings you quickly make two accounts because it is so empty, breakfast not bad but the juices that are available pessimi and with a strange taste. And to finish the pool well kept quite secluded and quiet sin that the shower that is used to wash before entering the pool was out of use and in this period it is not okay. In my opinion for a three star from over 100€ per night is not worth the price you pay. I do not recommend it, relax zero species at night.
