First and foremost, I would like to commend the exceptional customer service provided by the entire staff. Every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and their friendly and helpful attitude truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The best place in Jabalpur to party and have a lavish stay. Huge rooms with all kinds of amenities for staying in Jabalpur if you want to spend money and have the best from a hotel. 'Takath Hazara ' for the best buffet of Jabalpur with veg, non veg items of all sorts and all kinds of desserts. Big areas to throw lavish parties with pool and the tasty dishes and also soothing music. This place has been a host to the biggest parties of Jabalpur and a stop of celebrities from all over the World.

Don’t have words to describe the goodness of this place. Staffs were very prompt/polite/professional/empathetic. Breakfast was spread across multi cuisine dishes and nearly all of them were at their best taste.

Quite a good hotel. Great location, daily maid service and linen change. Polite reception staff so friendly and always try to help. Wish you all the best. Comfortable room very clean.

We opted for buffet dinner. Starters were good. Not exceptional. They serve Starters on the table itself which is a very good idea. Service was quick. Main course was average. Deserts were superb. All in all a good buffet but no stand out to be pointed.
