I definitely mean this as the hotel staff is too courteous and cultured in their dealing. You don't have to hassle over anything; just put forth your requirement or issue and it will be take care of. Food that they serve in their Flames restaurant is sumptuous. Do opt for this nice, affordable and comfortable place whenever you are in Bareilly.
