The manager was actively involved with her team and ran things very efficiently. The staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous. It was a wonderfully nostalgic experience, and I would definitely come back.

I was pleasantly surprised to be served six breadsticks right away. The staff was friendly, and overall, it was an excellent place to enjoy lunch. I will certainly be back.

Unfortunately, the dri... read more I had a terrible experience at Fazoli's. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, but thankfully it was the correct order and tasted good. Unfortunately, the drinks were flat, the staff was unhelpful, and the tea was terrible. There were no clean forks available, and the restroom was disgusting, with urine on the floor and dead cockroaches. I noticed other customers having problems too, such as cold food and incorrect orders. The only bright spot was the taste of the food and the Halloween candy scattered throughout the restaurant. I will not be coming back.
