The pastry itself is very good anything you should get, but the place is well noted for the Krapfen. Yes, Krapfen, one of the best i ever eat, expecially if you do while they are still a little bit warm. It's a perfect relax after a full day of skiing, and a mandatory option in Bardonecchia. ENJOY !!!

The illustrious Piedmontese tradition of sweets confection, and in particular of chocolate and related products, is well represented by the Ugetti showcases. Elegant female shoes, which are actually shaped with chocolate, funny walruses also made wih chocolate, and more traditional cakes and biscuits, make a good show for the customer. I purchased a cake made up of a plate of excellent chocolate, carrying a large quantity of whole hazelnuts embedded in it; and a jar of almond cream (quite unusual, unlike the hazelnut cream). Shop certainly worth mentioning.

In the... read more You could easily miss this shop walking down the high street, but be sure to visit as the chocolates and pastries and beautifully created and presented. In the end, we only bought a small bag of mixed chocolates on our last day to take home, but they were so nice, we wish we'd bought more different items to try while we were there! Of course some of the prices are quite high as you would expect.
