What User doesn't like about Vela D'oro:
we went to family dinner with our 2 young daughters and were very disappointed. the waiter missed one when our starter, then gave the wrong main course. we said to the waiter and he shrunk his shoulders, said he went away! as it came to pay, we asked for a shortcut from the bill. first he refused, but finally the manager authorized to remove the cover fee that was at least something. we will not be back.
