The gyozas were insane, the sushi was perfect, and somehow by the end we were completely full — surprisingly satisfying for such refined, small plates. Tati, the owner and chef, is amazing. Super kind, thoughtful, and you can really feel the care he puts into everything. He explains each dish as he brings it out, and the whole pace is calm and intentional you’re not just eating, you’re fully immersed. And then the bill at the end came rolled up like an A4 art piece, tied with a bow, placed on this wooden tray such a beautiful detail. If you’re after a real Japanese dining experience, this is it.
