The restaurant prepares fine dishes based on mediterranean cuisine with creative touches. The ambience and decor is amazing (it is in a modernist house which is also a boutique hotel, witg high ceilings, antique furniture, etc. . However, some dishes are more sophisticated, others are nothing special, while overall everything is expensive. Furthermore, portions are scarce, some may well be half dishes in other restau... very satisfied with each and every edelweiss team. We decided to celebrate a super intimate wedding and this hotel was our dream come true. decorated rooms with a lot of drop and a special charm. an exquisite and sophisticated kitchen. a care and professionalism that made us feel pampered. a spectacular frame. a perfect, very well organized set that makes unforgettable a day like this. thanks.
