It seems that they do not realize that with it they do nothing but inflation the market and that the distinction loses the value it had. xerta is a good restaurant with very good cuisine, in a cosy space and where it is possible to enjoy elaborate menus, presented with gout and very well marvelous with quality wines that are served with debatable generosity. the letter is wide, and as far as the winery is concerned, it is also, the prices seem abusive to me. the service is acceptable but the wait between dishes, at some time, is manifestly better. said this, for my drop is a recommended establishment.

Although the dishes are a little on the salty side, the flavor pairs beautifully with a glass of red wine. While I wish the portion sizes were a bit larger, the styling and taste more than make up for it. (Check out the photos in the “Product Menu” for a visual treat! The service is truly exceptional. The staff takes the time to introduce every dish and explain the intended eating sequence. Their thoughtful gestures—even providing a bucket of water for our flowers—add a personal touch that makes the dining experience even more memorable. The chef spoke using h... read more I'm looking for food experiences all over the world, for a better understanding of cultures and to open my eyes to a new kitchen horizon. The chef spoke using his degustation menu about a small cityscape and easily made me feel the beauty of this small town and its rich of life river, words can't explain how beautiful experience I had. Service was also wonderful and even fun. PS: one of the best pigeons of my life, almost cried because remember about the one made by my grandma.
