The staff were very friendly, very good with non-Spanish speakers, and the food was very yummy also. All in all the meal was inexpensive and I would recommend to others.

I... read more We passed by and saw that this restaurant serves brunch. Wide selection. Food is delicious and price is so good. The owner is Chinese and the chef is Spanish. I had a goat cheese salad, crispy chicken and honey melon. My bae had carpaccio, beef and princess cake. Drinks are included in the price: 11,5 euro. You can't find better food at this price. Go there. Right now.

The owner cum server is from Shanghai,... read more Triptic is on the right side of the street facing Arcade Triomf. it is a small restaurant with seatings outside as well. The owner cum server is from Shanghai, but speaks Chinese, English and Spanish. The meal of the day for lunch was 11.50 Euros. There were good choices for Primo and Segundo. The meal came with bread, a drink as well as dessert. Guests were welcome to choose two Primo as we did. As we were light eaters, we went for dinner. The cheerful owner was happy to let us order from the lunch menu. Prior to visiting Triptic, we were feasting on Pintxos in Bilboa. I was craving for a simple dish of vegetables. My wish and appetite were satisfied with a dish of mixed grilled vegetable which melted in my mouth. I would have ordered another one had not my main course of fish also accompanied by different but equally delightful vegetables. If you like fish, the carpaccio of tuna is not to be missed. I will definitely return on my next visit to Barcelona.
