Very good presentation In the medium term: Food with no surprise factor, good but not to be repeated. Dishes that have not made an impact or that will be remembered. Against: the chef is the one who serves, he is not very friendly or explains the dishes correctly. It's not rude, far from it, but it's cold and gives the feeling that we're overbearing. Fantastic and authentic Basque cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients of the region. The chef Miquel, waiter, DJ, decorator, painter and artist (yeah, he does EVERYTHING by himself) is great! We had a formidable evening and will surely come back before Miquel’s soon retirement after many years delighting his clients. Highly recommend!!!
