One of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Barcelona right now. here you will not find sushi or gyozas, but yes traditional Japanese dishes 100% home, all gluten-free and lactose, and also without preservatives or additives like everything is done in the traditional way. a special ferment-based menu is used to improve the immune system, all very good, and also spectacular home desserts. Moreover the treatment is exquisite and the decoration is also a pass, and the owner is very pleasant and explains the function of each of the dishes when serving them. It's a shame that the restaurant closes so soon, because it has become one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in the city, also do miso workshop, tea ceremony, kimono workshop. I recommend trying everything, sponge matcha is spectacular. if I could put 10 stars!
