Classic menu is elevated, creative and well balanced with chef’s classics of seafood meat dishes. Rustic atmosphere and attentive server with limited English when asked details he couldn’t be as informative as desired. Dishes came very quickly hence service felt a bit rushed. Steak tartare with grilled bone marrow was out of this world deserving a Michelin star by itself. Grilled Maitake mushroom served with the pine nuts and cheese paste was an incredible pair. Superb overall but 4 star review because we were expecting the Stringray as promised in the classic menu but instead they offered Hake.
