Was expecting so much more from a Tapas restaurant next to the water in the bustling centre of Barcelona. Service was slow due to only one member of staff looking after all the outside area. Food was a complete let down. The potatoes were cold and soggy and the meat tapas was dry and over cooked or old. So many better places within a minute or so of this restaurant. The only positives were the great location and nice decoration.
It's a nice spot, in a good location, with pretty good service. But regarding the food we ordered shrimp and avocado salad, salmon crepe and tomato bread. Salad 2 shrimps. Thats it. Salmon crepe not that good. The salmon had non edible skin. But at least it was fresh. Bread packed with oil. Tasty though... So... No high expectations from this place...
We had cocktails and one tapas on Saturday night, no need to book if you come early. The staff were so friendly nothing too much of an effort, good red wine. Would recommend it to anyone.
Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Excellent service. I tried the meat paella for the first time. Nice taste bud minus was the bone. Would appreciate a boneless paella next time.
Came here after the aquarium. Nice decor. We sat inside as it was very warm but also quiet windy outside. iwebhad an ice tea and a fresh orange for drinks. To eat i had squid rings, anchovy bruschetta and spicy potatoes in sauce, my girlfriend had mozzarella salad and bacon and brie bruschetta. All food came quickly, well presented and tasted great. Was a little pricey but for the location we took this on the chin as it is smack back on the port in Barcelona. Was a nice stop off and we will remember how nice it was but probably wouldn't go out of our way to return because of the price. total bill 43 euros
