The only catch is that rations are very jots, praying to spit, I have a restaurant and I think they could put a little more amount, although I don't know the expenses they have of local and there were at least 4 cooks and 4 waiters. the kitchen at the end of the service, bright, cleans everything by soaking with water and soap. as a negative note I will say that leaving the food aside, we were charged 9 euros for 1.5 litres of osmotized water, it cannot be that it costs more the water osmotized than one of such good tapas. On the contrary, the desserts seemed brutal to us and their price was according to the quantity.

The Bravas was a stand out dish, so many flavours and some food theatre too.The veal was tender and cooked beautifully with a very complementary sauce. The croquettes were so good and the calamari was probably the best we have ever had, no hint of the rubber like consistence that can happen when over cooked and they were only light battered so the full flavour of the squid came through. Thoroughly enjoyed the tortilla for those used to the Mexican version these are more like Fritatas, very tasty. Our final dish was the pistachio cheese cake, oh my goodness, so good. The food here is amazing, you must go!
