Now, there are clearly a few places to sushi to have diagonal mar. but I tell them, muy final choice is sushi samurai (or okinawa sushi, as the place says) their dishes have only this twist that is enough to get them out. take the longest of most sushi places and surprise them with the merge section of the menu.
