From the moment we went into the door, we knew that this will be a very special night. the ambiente was chic and yet welcoming, the music was suitable for the m... read more From the moment we went into the door, we knew that this will be a very special night. the ambiente was chic and yet welcoming, the music was suitable for the mood, and the personal was friendly and charming. the service was perfectly beaten, weinglasses were never emptied and we were treated as if we were the only guests, regardless of the always filling dining room. from the aroma of the amuse, the quiet hectic in the kitchen, to the dinner guests around us, which could not get better at night. then the food started to come! we started with the truffle mac n cheese, a court I make in my own house. That was better. much better. better cheese, better pasta. better. the foie bonbons were a silent node on the erdnus butter and gel sandwich, and I love that. I was looking for a simple foie court to pamper me, but what arrived was a very appreciated surprise. kreativity best. the ceviche was perfectly marinated with a balance of zitrus, heat and natural umame of the fish that lost in a poor ceviche. that was not a bad whip. that was an almost perfect ceviche. if we had not grilled on six food courses and a bottle of wine, we would surely have tried the lava cake and the tiramisu. I guess that's a reason to return. the owner is a very beautiful person, and their friendliness, professionalism and spirit are only rivaled by the pure happiness that our meal was.
