What TasteAdventurer doesn't like about Nagano Japones:
Went there for a conference and thought to explore the Japanese food in Barcelona. This restaurant is basically a Chinese restaurant trying to sell their inauthentic Japanese food. The eel rice contain no side dish at all and my friend's dish is literally a Chinese chicken rice with oyster sauce. The waiters who work there are rude and unprofessional. Buffet asiático servido en la mesa. El servicio es bueno, el ambiente es adecuado y la calidad del producto es buena. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Los postres no están incluidos en el precio. Lo único negativo es que todos los platos cocinados están muy salados. Posiblemente sea porque buscan un mayor consumo de bebidas, que se pagan aparte. Me parece una absurda picaresca, por lo que no le doy la quinta estrella.
Todo está delicioso, especialmente los champiñones. Sería genial si mejoraran la velocidad del servicio, ya que la espera entre platos afecta a la digestión.

This is a great sushi place, the fish is so fresh and the service is very nice. Good price. I recommend it.
No suelo ser fan de la comida japonesa y pensaba que todo o casi todo era crudo, pero este restaurante me ha encantado. La comida es deliciosa y todo lo que he probado me ha gustado, lo que me hace reconsiderar mi opinión sobre este tipo de comida. Lo recomiendo a los amantes de la gastronomía japonesa y a aquellos que no lo son, para que prueben y cambien de parecer. Tienen un variado menú y el precio es muy bueno.
