Wouldn’t it be hilarious if we played a prank on some gullible fools looking for a cool place to drink—and on some clueless owner of a local hole in the wall? How about we put this random place on the list of the essential 38 restaurants in Barcelona?“ The bartender was not in the mood for more non-locals who had no business darkening his door. We weren’t welcome. Maybe the place is amazing after all. We wouldn’t know lol.

The vermout is indeed spectacular, and the surprise is that they have both complementary and menu snacks that are perfect accompaniments. This little hole in the wall is seemingly always overflowing with customers, but it's worth the wait and the wade to experience the excellent drinks and snacks. The negroni I enjoyed was particularly wonderful.
