Overall 7.3 Ambiance 8.2 Presentation 7.8 Price 7.3 Taste 7.9 Personnel 8.9 Korean BBQ restaurant near the center. Great vibes with friendly staff. The grill was missing a little bit of power but overall good experience.
Being an interracial couple from Vancouver, we started missing asian tastes after 5 days of straight tapas. We decided to check out this one restaurant to satisfy our cravings. It was immediately obvious to us that this was a Chinese “Korean” restaurant by the fact that the waitress didn’t understand what I’d ordered even tho I ordered the dishes by their Korean names. We ordered the beef japchae, the seafood pancake and the dumpling soup. The meat/seafood protein was laughable in both the first and second dishes. I think I sprinkle more salt on my food than they sprinkled meat in these dishes. The japchae had probably less than 30g of meat and the pancake (which should have a combination of squid, shrimp, and other seafood) had some pinkish traces of what was probably meant to pass as shrimp. The soup was watered down and oily, and the egg chunky rather than beaten into the soup. Taste: 3/10 Authenticity: 0/10
