The decor is absolutely lovely and it truly doesn 't feel like your in a mall setting. The wine is delicious and affordable and the food is great. They have a large variety of baked goods and digger r types of coffee. However, what really blew me away was the friendliness of the staff. They are incredibly attentive and make you feel at home. We were lucky enough to come across Patricia every time we went and each time was better. She is so personable and lovely something that as a tourist in a foreign city I really appreciate! I would definitely give this place a try and ask for Patricia, she is use ally behind the pastry counter

Now I fully appreciate that I am in S... read more This has changed since last year. Went in for lunch today, asked if I could see an English menu to be told ‘Spanish only’. Now I fully appreciate that I am in Spain before anyone says arrogant English person, I am here for a week on holiday so in all honesty won’t learn a language for that but everywhere else we have been more than happy to provide a menu in English. We can pick out a few words here and there but not enough to translate the menu and particularly when one of us has a food allergy, we need to be sure what we are getting End result, we got up and went elsewhere so they lost a sale of €25-€30. I wouldn’t have minded if they were busy but there were only a handful of tables taken.

The fish is quite nice, the burger is pretty good although basic and lacks any 'special ' ingredients./flavours. Overall, I would say if the prices were a bit lower it would justify 4 stars. The service is inconsistent, you may wait 10secs or 10 mins to get a menu/get a drink/pay for your order.

They didn 't even bother to take away the empty dishes after an hour. When we told them that we needed to go because it was getting late for us instead of charging us they kept delaying us : let me ask the after first , let me check with the kitchen first ,..

Chips taste like they have been cooked in 16year old oil. Customer service is appalling. I would never ever recommend ANYONE EATS HERE.
