All the food we ordered (Calamars Olé A L.Andalusa Amb Maionesa、Tortilla de patatas 、Pota De Pop La Brasa Amb Patates A La Gallega 、Constelletes A Baixa Temperatura Amb Xips De Iuca、Paella Valenciana) were fresh and delicious. They also offer 1-person portion of Paella which was nice as I heard that most of tapas restaurant only offer 2-person or above.
