It was much more than the typical high quality sushi, the innovative techniques that were used to enhance the flavors of each plate could be noted in every bite. We ordered the tasting menu and it was worth it to try many different plates and see what the restaurant had to offer. The last 3 plates were small desserts and each one was incredible with various explosive flavors and textures. We left very full and satisfied, definitely will be back here again!
