Max is a hilarious, charismatic bartender and chef that clearly cares very deeply about engaging with guests, even dumb Americans such as myself! Delicious range of Belgian beers on tap, and not many places in town I imagine I could share a neat pour of Lagavulin 8 with my friend for such a modest price. I enjoyed my time here so much, I demanded we go back later that weekend and try this man's Belgian tiramisu, and of course it's one of the finest I've ever had. The interior is charmingly warped and surreal, I enjoyed our washing machine table! The range of themed nights (pub quiz, open mic comedy, DJ nights) seems to draw in a dedicated community. For all the similar quirks of a few bars here in Oregon, I think the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere at IMPRFCTO is something we could aspire to much more. I'll just have to come back next Primavera.
