I went to Els Hostalets for a meal last year, along with a group of friends. The restaurant location is very good. In a quiet area, not too far from the Sagrada Famillia and other Hotels. The surroundings and decor are also very nice, with a Spanish/rustic theme throughout. The staff were very welcoming and also attentive throughout our visit. The menu was quiet extensive, certainly providing something for everyone. There are also many traditional Spanish dishes for those wanting to try something new. The food was plentiful, well-cooked and nicely presented. It was a little overpriced for main courses and the service charge, however I would still recommend this restaurant for people wanting a good filling meal, with in lovely surroundings.
Hostalets is Spanish restaurant, where they serve the best in Spanish cold meats (embutidos), and plenty of them. Cooking is done on a wood fueled fire, with a good variety of selections, including rabbit and lamb. Artichokes in season are yummy. Huge 'Baked ' apples make a grand finale as the appropriate dessert for such a feed, but there are other more elaborate choices. The hosts are darlings friendly and eager to please. A very full (and filling) 'menu ' can be had for 26€/person, but there are a lot of other possibilities a la carte. Good place to bring a hungry family or a group of friends.
The restaurant els hostalets is located in barcelona within a spider. This rest has a delicious Catalan food and is a space where you can enjoy a pleasant and pleasant meal, as it is prepared with the best raw material of the place. some of these specialties are the meats made to the coals.
