The staff only speaks Spanish, so if you don’t speak the language, communication is nearly impossible. It’s not a good spot for international visitors. We ordered the calamari and steak — both were extremely dry and chewy. The calamari was also drenched in oil. After tasting the food, we decided to stop ordering and left. Hygiene and Service Quality The Reviewers directly observed a bartender dipping a fresh straw into a finished cocktail, taking a sip from the guest’s cup, discarding the straw, and then serving that same drink. Such handling contravenes basic sanitation standards. Subsequent table service proved inattentive: a server repeatedly trod on a guest’s footwear and ignored clear signals for assistance. 3. I asked for medium steak and got the fastening. we asked to postpone the booking, said they couldn't do later, but when we arrived in the 2 hours, we weren't th... read more I asked for medium steak and got the fastening. we asked to postpone the booking, said they couldn't do later, but when we arrived in the 2 hours, we weren't there. we never had a bad service as it was personal was completely rude. if you never came after standard inquiries, appetizers and sides, cook untrained meat personnel 30 € steak. the food was not properly cooked. non-helpful staff, no one comes back to the table to ask if we want more drinks etc. there were 5 meal times taken out of the bill as there were no normal standards
