The hostess of the WET DECK who worked June 17th 2026 at 10:30 pm was disrespectful and rude. She refused my entry to my company party because I came holding a moto helmet I arrived by moto. Instead of finding a solution and helping me out, she commented that it was a 5 star hotel. I missed my company event because there was no place I could store my helmet for a few hours. Then somebody walked in after me with a military style backpack. Who cares about luxury when you're treated badly by the person who should be most accomodating to a first time patron.
I understand that many guests have had wonderful experiences at this hotel and I truly wish ours had been the same. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by negligence, poor communication, and a level of disregard that no guest should ever have to deal with. On Thursday, July 18, I requested room service. It never arrived. No follow up, no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to correct the situation. A basic service expectation was completely ignored. Then, on Friday, July 19, things escalated. I had a confirmed reservation at Noxe, with my credit card on file. When I arrived at the elevator entrance, I was told my reservation had been cancelled due to a private event. The only “notification” sent was an email that went straight to my spam folder. I am on vacation I am not checking spam filters to verify whether a confirmed reservation has been cancelled. Considering the hotel had both my phone number and my credit card information, it is unacceptable that no one called or sent a text message. A single email is not sufficient. This failure left me without a reservation at 8:30 PM on a Friday night in Barcelona, which is completely unreasonable. What makes this even worse is the attitude. It is painfully obvious that the hotel gives more priority to outside guests coming to dine than to the people actually staying at the hotel. If you are a guest, do not expect them to resolve anything for you they treat you as if you are bothering them. The dismissive tone, the lack of interest, and the unwillingness to help were shocking. And the final insult: when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he refused to come out. That alone tells you everything you need to know. Do not expect the manager to take care of you he simply does not care. The level of indifference shown toward a paying hotel guest was unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand the positive reviews, but this was our experience, and it deserves to be acknowledged. What happened was not a minor inconvenience it was a complete failure in service, communication, and guest respect. Based on how we were treated, I cannot recommend this hotel. Our stay was overshadowed by negligence, poor communication, and a management team that clearly does not value its guests.
I had a fantastic stay at W Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Lara for providing such a warm, professional, and seamless check-in experience it was the perfect start to my stay. The rooms are stunning, beautifully designed, and offer everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I also want to recognize the pool team, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The hospitality and energy of the entire team were amazing . The party they are doing on Sunday in the main pool is very nice , however to review the the system in place for tables and minimum spend, way to high for a table and all tables were empty during the evening.
We had a fantastic stay at the W Hotel in Spain! The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern, luxurious atmosphere and stunning views. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome. The restaurants and amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable getaway!
I wanted to love Eclipse, it's five mins from my apartment, it's glam, it has great views, but I left after 15 mins. The bar is trying to be a VIP club with a VIP area which is made by turning seats around down the centre of the area. This area is bottle service only and the only place you can sit down. It is also entirely empty because the sort of people who want to go to a bottle service club would not go there leaving all the other guests crammed into a little corridor in the centre with no view from the windows. The DJs and music were great. Drinks expensive and cocktails hastily made as it's a club. It just missed on all levels. It has all the potential to be great, but isn't.

Fun place with good cocktails and amazing view. Staff is friendly and the music is good. The convert the area in front of the bar to a dancefloor...

The place is great if you touch the table in the window, we were lucky. the goodisimo cocktail eclipse, which if you pay the territory, the views and the cocktail the last.
Spectacular view. Portuguese employees observe long waiting on foot to enter the elevator. It's a bar you have to go.
Cocktails with an amazing view. It's not a place to visit every weekend, but it's definitely worth it when you travel to Barcelona. a variety of drinks and cocktails, they were all very good. to highlight: very good music/dj. approximately minutes queue in weekend.
Spectacular place to receive the sunrise. ideal to go for drinks, more than nothing cocktails and spend a pleasant moment in couple or friends.
Yesterday I went to celebrate my birthday, spectacular site, amazing views and especially the service of the alexandre waiter was exceptional, made us feel at home! Thank you so much!
