Going to Barcelona i never thought i'd end up in an Irish sports bar but we were looking for somewhere to watch the Barcelona soccer game and this place was a s... read more Going to Barcelona i never thought i'd end up in an Irish sports bar but we were looking for somewhere to watch the Barcelona soccer game and this place was a short walk from our hotel. It kind of looks like an Irish bar although the only beer that wasn't Spanish was Guinness, which wasn't that bad,. The menu was decidedly Spanish with no real Irish staples, even the curry was a red Thai curry with rice (without chips! The real problem was some people were smoking in the doorway which wafted in everything the door was opened and closed so the inside smelled like a pub for pre-smoking ban, can't believe i even care as i was a smoker myself some 30 years ago, i guess its been so long since i've been in a pub filled with smoke but it was not pleasant..... Bar tenders were decent and the waitress that brought the food was very pleasant. Wouldn't rush back but i'm sure it will survive without me.

The beers are ok, mainly European and not irish/British. Between €2.5₩ and €5. A pint. The staff are very helpful and friendly even if they can not speak fluent English. Go for the food.

I always ate Koniec Extrem, which has jalapeños in it, but since I don't like spicy food they always changed jalapeños for green pepper. I love it.

The night we were there, the men’s bathroom was broken and the women’s bathroom didn’t have the ring you sit on. The chef didn’t show so the bartender had to go cook.
