When Spain went into lockdown and the restaurant closed I emailed the vendor to ask them for a refund or the option of moving to another time after the pandemic. They didn't respond but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that as they were closed they were not responding to emails at the moment. That was back in March and we are now in October, multiple attempts to contact them to no avail. When you try and contact them on their website they have uploaded a picture of somebody giving the finger instead. I resorted to filing a claim through my credit card company, only to find that they attempted to recall their original confirmation email, but they were not successful as I had already opened the email and responded saying thank you. This restaurant are not only ignoring my attempts to get my money back, but also have going out of their way to deceive and cheat their way into keeping my money. Do not trust this restaurant and do not pay them any money up front.
