The coffee was good and the croissant was fresh, but the pa... read more We visited Corner for breakfast and ordered two cafés con leche, a croissant and a pain-au-chocolat. The coffee was good and the croissant was fresh, but the pain was dry (it felt like it was from the day before). We ended up asking for a doughnut, which was also fresh and good! At the end of our stay we asked for two of their sandwiches to take away, which were very yummy but wrapped only in a small piece of thin brown paper. Result: two steps out the door and the sauce from the salmon bagel was dripping onto our feet. The food is good, and the three star rating comes mainly from the unfriendliness of the employees, who at times seemed a bit brute and from the lack of attention to detail with the packaging (they have a take away window, one would expect this to be figured out and we had to end up buying a plastic bag somewhere else to carry the sandwiches).

Nice bar with nice menu and great ideas for bar! Colors, place.... but I think you need to be polite and professional!
