A... read more We stumbled upon BY at lunchtime while having a stroll in the neighbourhood. They had a set menu lunch and it was lovely. Three courses, all tasty and light. A nice table wine to go with. A little off the beaten track but worth the look!

Asian Spanish fusion tapas sounded confusing, but we had such a delicious meal all prepared as we sat and watched the chefs at work. We had the €25 set menu, and beautiful dish followed beautiful dish each one tasting even better than it looked! My vegetarian friend was very well catered for with special versions of each dish just for her. We thought it was absolutely fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, taking time to talk to us, recommending other bars and restaurants for us to visit and taking time to draw us maps and phone their friends to let us know we were coming! A really special, must visit restaurant that we feel very privileged to have found. Please, please go you won't regret it!

Tejedor was chef at Via Veneto the most prestigious restaurant in Barcelona. He is now flying solo into something completely different. An informal place in between a bar and a restaurant, serving evenings only) fantastic tapas. Small bites, concentrating tastes, surprising your palate and leaving you waiting anxiously for the next. It serves 3 different menus, starting at 20€. Friendly service and very good gin tonics will convince you be back asap. Tejedor is full of new ideas and deserves to be followed as he develops them.
