My research suggested that it can be hard to find a legit regional Callos as it is from another region (not sure if my research is correct or extensive enough). But anyway, I found Bar Brusi and it met all of my expectations and more. Their Callos is one for the books and a must try. It is packed with awesome flavours. I am sure to come back here when I’m back in Barcelona. And the husband and wife who ran the place are really nice

Some food was cold even after reheating. The prices were good though.
