We went for breakfast, sat quite a way inside the cafe and I had my bag stolen from my chair. Quite how anyone could have known or seen that my bag was on the arm of my chair is beyond me. The guy apparently came in 10 mins or so after we sat down, sat at the table behind me, didn't get served and we assume, took the bag as our food arrived and then left. How opportune was that!

Very classy upstairs, quite the opposite downstairs. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

We soon enou... read more Visited here for dinner as a family a few days ago on holiday, and should have known better. It was a busy night but barely anyone seated in there. We soon enough learned that this was for good reason. We ordered our food and after about 20 minutes, only one of our meals came. The rest of the family were forced to watch one person eat until after another 30 minutes another meal arrived. The same cycle again when the last meal arrived 20 minutes later. The whole point of a restaurant is to eat together... this is a basic requirement for a restaurant, which is why this one was an absolute joke. The food itself was just terrible, there are many better places around the area for the same price or cheaper better off going to McDonald's! The steak was chewy and a cheap piece of meat and the seafood paella was awful tasting and gave myself a bad stomach! Disgusting! Would not recommend coming here EVER. Save your money and your sanity! When complaining about bringing the meals at completely different times and the terrible food, the waiter was blatantly rude and did not address any of our complaints with understanding, or even kindness. Instead of apologising for the vile service, he just turned his back and walked away, clearly offended by our remarks. We couldn't believe our eyes that someone in customer service could act so childlike. We still paid for the whatever it was that we ate, but were not offered any compensation for our horrendous experience, and he wouldn't even allow us to speak to the manager, claiming he didn't speak English. If it isn't already clear enough, I would NOT recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Deserves to be shut down.
