Both chefs from Alapar restaurant were extremely attentive and involved in the dishes they prepared. The mix between mediterranean food and traditional japanese dishes is something that creates unbelievably good pieces such as the Toro Mushipan, that I ended ordering twice. I would definitely pay a visit to the Alapar restaurant, and probably another visit at Blanc whenever they change to a new pop-up!

You cannot be mad at the waiters as they are really kind but the level of service is not the one you can expect in such an hotel. Waiting 30min to get the drink you ordered (reminding the waiter 2 times), asking for a specific side that never came and that they bring to you once you finished eating. Slow and unprofessional despite the good food.
