Had an absolutely fabulous lunch here. The hotel and restaurant are drop dead gorgeous...staff was amazingly friendly and fun, our waitress was fantastic. The food was great, the croquettes were delicious, the carrots soup was sooooo flavorful, the lamb surf and turf was delicious and the turbot was amazing. Loved the wine recommendation and the dessert was so good. For 38€ this is a steal, and I will be back soon. View all feedback.

Disappointing, looks amazing on paper, dishes are ok but service is really bad. You cannot be mad at the waiters as they are really kind but the level of service is not the one you can expect in such an hotel. Waiting 30min to get the drink you ordered (reminding the waiter 2 times), asking for a specific side that never came and that they bring to you once you finished eating. They told us about this restaurant a long time ago, but as the thing is xunguilla with this crisis we left it for a special day and these Christmas touched. the truth was worth it and all the sibarites who want to try something different should prove it, it is a fusion with the oriental and Mediterranean cuisine. is located in the bass of the hotel mandain in full passeig de grácia de barcelona, and its chef is the well-known jean luc figueras there is nothing. The truth has no waste! what impacted me as different from everything I have tried was the pineapple dessert in 5 textures de-li-ciooo-so! and as part of the curiosity of being able to be necessary do not stop going to the wc...je, je! for me they shocked me, we are not in hollywood!
Today we have been in this restaurant within this magnificent hotel, where we have chosen two festive menus at the price of having been very complete and very well prepared, we have been attended by the rich deputy director with much sympathy and kindness. quality of price in addition to enjoying this beautiful place, I find it very reasonable. highly recommended.
We went to eat January and from the beginning it was a wonderful experience, spectacular treatment, from the reception as the welcome in the soft restaurant by carme ruscalleda, well attended (presentation of the certificate covid and in reference to the food always at its height, the menu that presents with several dishes, to highlight with a superior the coca of anguila kabayaki, with tomato confitado and nabo encurtido , the magre repitamos a strong and clear yes, but to say we have an exceptional date with moments! We went for the pop-up that “Alapar” restaurant was serving at Blanc. The experience was absolutely amazing. Both chefs from Alapar restaurant were extremely attentive and involved in the dishes they prepared. The mix between mediterranean food and traditional japanese dishes is something that creates unbelievably good pieces such as the Toro Mushipan, that I ended ordering twice. I would definitely pay a visit to the Alapar restaurant, and probably another visit at Blanc whenever they change to a new pop-up!
Hey, I'm a Timeout fan, then I read the Blanc Restaurant has a great Brunch! Great or? Landing in Barcelona the evening before, totally hungry and happy to go to the Blanc, walk there....... Then....got downstairs to the Restaurant... The Blanc was empty, with no customers, and the waiters send us the way, supposedly that Day(today) is not available outside Gast!!! Im sooooo pissss, never gone come back again on this place again!!!
