Both chefs from Alapar restaurant were extremely at... read more We went for the pop-up that “Alapar” restaurant was serving at Blanc. The experience was absolutely amazing. Both chefs from Alapar restaurant were extremely attentive and involved in the dishes they prepared. The mix between mediterranean food and traditional japanese dishes is something that creates unbelievably good pieces such as the Toro Mushipan, that I ended ordering twice. I would definitely pay a visit to the Alapar restaurant, and probably another visit at Blanc whenever they change to a new pop-up!

Landing in Barcelona the evening before, totally hungry and happy to go to the Blanc, walk there....... Then....got downstairs to the Restaurant... The Blanc was empty, with no customers, and the waiters send us the way, supposedly that Day(today) is not available outside Gast!!! Im sooooo pissss, never gone come back again on this place again!!!

You cannot be mad at the waiters as they are really kind but the level of service is not the one you can expect in such an hotel. Waiting 30min to get the drink you ordered (reminding the waiter 2 times), asking for a specific side that never came and that they bring to you once you finished eating. Slow and unprofessional despite the good food.
