To be honest at the very moment I am writting this message I am not even sure this meat is real meat. I have just lost 15€ for a « premium burger » what they wrote in the menu to have one of the worst burger in town, and I order many... The best are goiko, Koby, Bacoa, and many others but this one does’t even belong here. This is pure abuse and false information regarding the ingredients. For 15€ at bacoa you have a premium meat, premium ingredients and sauces home made ! but here this is just souless and tasteless, and of course full of weird stuff inside bones, cartilage etc . Don’t buy from them. I have worked 1 year as a rider for Uber eats and ate like so and I can tell you this restaurant is pure abuse and fake information.

Worst take out experience ever! Please DO NOT order here! It is not worth your money! We had to wait a long time for the food (70 minutes, longer than said on the website. But we could that understand because the weather was bad. But when we got it, half of the order was missing! And the food we got was all BLACK! The corn: BLACK and cold. The burger: BLACK (the bread and the meet). Not eatable at all. How can you still sell this? When we called that half of our order was missing, a very unpleasant man told us There is nothing we can do, you can come tomorrow to get your money for the missing food . But, we ordered dinner for two, and now only one person could eat. We had waited 70 minutes for the food so we were pretty hungry as well. After a long discussion he agreed that he would give it to the driver, when he would have an order near to our home.. He said it would take 30 minutes. After one hóúr we still did not get anything. We called again and the man was very angry with us for calling and told us we did not understand anything” and “this was not his problem” instead of apologising. The food would be there in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later we called again. Yes, now the driver was really on his way. And indeed, after another 10 minutes we got the second half of the food. Cold. So in total we waited 110 minutes before he finally delivered the second half of the food. What a terrible customer service. The food was cold, black en incredibly late. And the man on the phone was just rude and not helpful at all. And that for a relatively high price. NEVER AGAIN!
