It is amazing what the very small and cozy restaurant from the tiny open kitchen at the entrance of this bodega enchants. from the classic tapas like pan con to... read more It is amazing what the very small and cozy restaurant from the tiny open kitchen at the entrance of this bodega enchants. from the classic tapas like pan con tomate, ham, patas bravas etc, to the baked camembert and sworn calves is all there. all fresh, all tasty, and the portions appropriate. the rustic vaulted cellar in the basement of this authentic, old-stic custodian is very desirable with only a few places and the view of the wine map reveals that one here expects a cozy delicious evening in Spanish atmosphere. only the waiter did not seem to have really the pleasure and fun of filling the “friendly service” with life. And although the basaix is situated in the middle of the touristic rummel next to the church santa maria the mar in the picturesque part of town, prices and performance are very appropriate.
