I have never met in my life such friendly and friendly staff that made our stay in barcelona 100x better. shout to irene for super warm and welcoming out when we first came, she was so polite and helped us to eat with suggestions for travel for night experiences and places. richard was so helpful that he helped me with my balloons to surprise my sister. the housekeeper was also so professionally beautiful. would recommend this hotel to everyone! will definitely be back:
