We had very disappointing experiences today. the client service is below zero. first, after we checked our reservation, the kerl did not allow us to choose the... read more We had very disappointing experiences today. the client service is below zero. first, after we checked our reservation, the kerl did not allow us to choose the table we wanted (we were 3 and wanted a quiet place, as today was a live music session at this place) and there were still 7 empty tables, but the kerl claims that they were all taken as to reserve a particular table? he put us in front of the singing guy. so no way to communicate, since the loudspeaker was very close to them. second was written in the menu that the min order should have been per person 8eur. after ordering a bottle cava and eating something, said the guy that cava would be the first drink 8eur would cost everyone, so 24 (while the menu was 18.) but with all the food we ordered would be bill 58, more than enough to cover the min order. it wasn't like the previous times we went, so there might be a personal problem. disappointed

They used to make super good cocktails, but now when there are events they put an experienced staff to prepare drinks and that's a stick for me. It would be a 10 if you could listen to music and have a nice cocktail.

First, after checking our reservation the guy didn’t allow us to choose the table we wanted (we were 3 and wanted a quiet spot, as today was a live music session in this place) and there were still 7 empty tables but the guy claimed they were all taken how do people reserve a specific table? He put us in front of the singing guy. So no possibility to communicate as the speaker was very close to you. Second, it was written in the menu that the min order per person should have been 8eur. After ordering a bottle of cava and some food, the guy said that cava being the first drink would cost 8eur each, so 24 (while the menu was telling 18). But with all the food we ordered the bill would be 58, more than enough to cover the min order. It wasn’t like this the previous times we went, so maybe there is a staff issue. disappointed
