First, after checking our reservation the guy didn’t allow us to choose the table... read more We had very disappointing experience today. The client service is below zero. First, after checking our reservation the guy didn’t allow us to choose the table we wanted (we were 3 and wanted a quiet spot, as today was a live music session in this place) and there were still 7 empty tables but the guy claimed they were all taken how do people reserve a specific table? He put us in front of the singing guy. So no possibility to communicate as the speaker was very close to you. Second, it was written in the menu that the min order per person should have been 8eur. After ordering a bottle of cava and some food, the guy said that cava being the first drink would cost 8eur each, so 24 (while the menu was telling 18). But with all the food we ordered the bill would be 58, more than enough to cover the min order. It wasn’t like this the previous times we went, so maybe there is a staff issue. disappointed
