Mcdonald's - Barbourville

Usually a really good place to eat. This was probably just a fluke. Made it a point to specifically order a #1 and fries with no salt so it would be fresh. It was freshly made. Just made the wrong sandwich altogether. It was still good.

Bunch of ho hos work over their. Ive slept with most of them. Wheelchair accessibility: Damn manager rolled me into the freezer and left me. Now I'm a rolling pop siclle

Just called there to see what breakfast items they sold all day and they guy that answers says hot cakes and burritos and doesn't say nothing else or anything just hangs right up on me that is some very **** poor customer service and extremely rude and I don't appreciate it

Parking: Parking lot to small for the business they get

Monday, Went inside to sit down and grab something to eat not long after lunch had started, employees were rude. Was standing at the front counter and had 3 or 4 employees walk right past me, ignoring me before having to holler at someone just to get some service. They didn't completely fill up the large fries I had ordered all the way. They weren't too concerned with customers on the inside but more worried about doing their drive thru. I ordered one cheeseburger for my son through Mobile app and it took over 10 minutes just to get it before leaving. Definitely would not recommend going inside to eat to anyone.
