We stopped to grab lunch on the way home from the Cumberland Gap. The inside eating is closed due to Covid but they come to your car for your order. The menu is located on a wall and out front to see. The burgers are greasy but great. I had tots and the husband had tater wedges, both were terrific. What Heather Dively doesn't like about Hamburger Hut:
Ordered a fish with tarter only and it came with a square piece of fish and tomatoes. Ordered a tenderloin with everything. Came with lettuce and tomato. No mayo, no onion. And, both sandwiches were only tolerable. Won't stop here again. Oh, the onions rings were decent. View all feedback.
Burgers are best in town, only issue I have is you have to wait for 30+ min to get the food and they not even that busy at times. It's ok if you by yourself but with kids I would not recommend. Never tried pre-order but seen lot of cars just pull up and they bring the food out asap, but if you are like me and like to try out something new each time, be ready to wait around for a bit. Still 3 starts because it's our local small business.
I love this place and try to stop every time I'm in town.
Love this place. I'm from Sevierville TN and come to the Daniel Boon Festival every chance I git and I always eat at the Hamburger Hut. Delicious
I'm a truck driver just recently started going up to Kentucky and this place has the best chili burgers ever.
Beat damn burger ever!!! We will always stop when in the area
