What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
There is no longer table service from waitstaff. You must order and pay upfront, and then they bring the food to your table. The menu has been significantly shortened—there's no chicken or beef available. The food arrived quickly, and the person who delivered it was very helpful, but the overall experience just isn't the same as it used to be. View all feedback.
I really like this place. It’s simple, with no fuss—just a straightforward hamburger that hits the spot for me.
This was my first time dining here, and I can confidently say it's the best burger I've ever had.
The burgers are delicious, although a little more size would be appreciated. My family really enjoyed the milkshakes.
Good people working there and the food was delicious
We have been here several times and the food is so consistantly delicious every time we eat here and the staff is so pleasant. Love coming here everytime we drive from Charleston to Baroboursville.
