Pizza Hut - Barboursville

I love this place! the workers are very nice and helpful. that was great. def commission from here again

I got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. It tasted fine but the crust got hard really quickly, chewy and hard to eat. The cheese layer got crusty and hardened also. An hour later it was like eating cardboard and it was inside the closed box the whole time.

I ordered online several hours in advance and my order was ready and hot! Customer service was excellent and the cashier was excellent! This pizza Hut is one of your best locations!

Once I was texted the pizza was out for delivery, it took over an house to arrive. The pizza was cold and when my son bit into a piece I had to pull it out of his mouth because there was a big wad of hair wrapped up in the cheese an pepperoni. Disgusting.

Food is good but beware, they’ll double charge your card and then tell you it’s common when you know it’s not because you’ve been ordering there for years and it’s never ever happened before. I was told my money had been refunded but my bank now says I have to wait 5-7 days to see whether or not it actually gets refunded so I’m out $40 while I wait to see if I get my money back. Not a satisfied customer. All restaurants are struggling… I’ll take my business to more local food chains because the big ones don’t care about their customers.
