To celebrate our anniversary we spent two weeks in Italy. Rented a convertible and drove from Rome to BARANELLO, since this is my husband's grandfather's hometown. We stayed at La Fonte, and enjoyed our stay. We ate dinner here and it was delicious. Homemade cavatelli pasta! So much food we could barely eat everything. To celebrate our anniversary we spent two weeks in Italy. Rented a convertible and drove from Rome to Baranello, since this is my husband's grandfather's hometown. We stayed at La Fonte, and enjoyed our stay. We ate dinner here and it was delicious. Homemade cavatelli pasta! So much food we could barely eat everything. The wine was delicious and its from the grape vines in the back. Truly an incredible experience. The owner helped us connect with relatives in the area. We wished we planned more time to stay longer. Breakfast was delicious too. Great coffee and cookies that my husband's grandmother used to make. We will be back. Hopefully sooner than later.
