Rose Wood Gulmarg - Bāramūla

Rosewood was our home away from home while in Gulmarg. We enjoyed our stay here the staff made it even more pleasant! The food was fantastic, the team went out the way to make sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were comfortable warm. There is a cat track to gondola on the back of the hotel if you go a snowboarder a bit higher as it can be deep snow, so follow a track that is already there! Don't let your windows open, otherwise the monkeys come for a visit you don't want! If you have a balcony, they can decide it is also their, so be on the alarm only in case! Hot Tip: Make sure that you ask if the hot water is on how the short power failures can mean it is not as hot as it should be. A quick call fixes it! The taxi ride from the floor of the gondola to the hotel is about 500 Rupien, the walk is uphill otherwise and after a day riding you can not want this! You can follow the cat track to the back of the hotel, but depends on where your last departures you take. For us we loved being here and found the hotel cozy. Rosewood staff was the highlight of our stay! We hope to come back!

Excellent service by Showket, Salim, Mudasir my stay was very nice with good food rooms are very neat with good heater over all hotel service is up to the mark.

Awesome in service food everything. Heating in room is best. Ambience is superb. Mudasar at front office Syed Mohsin Saif from restaurant are great guys in nature service.

The service of Rosewood is impeccable. Right from the food, especially the dinner to the hotel staff, everything is fantastic. Mr Showkat, and other staff members extended a warm and highly supportive service during our stay, and I highly recommend staying here.
