Amazing experience!! If you are coming to Kashmir this is a must visit place. Give it a try u will not regret: The only drawback is , gandola ride needs a lot of price bargaining with the agents. It’s better to do a prior research so that u can bargain smartly;

Must visit place when you go to Gulmarg. Gondola tickets should be purchased at least a week in advance and the queue to get into the ride is huge. Plan approx 1-1.5 hrs of buffer time to get into the ride. Horse ride is also available if you want to skip the queue or don't have the Gondola tickets. Horse ride is fun as well, but Gondola ride will give you nice views.

One of most mesmerizing and beautiful places i have ever been to in India. Such a wonderful place that you will never want to come back. It's a paradise on earth. The snow filled miuntains, snowfall, greenery, pine trees it's just a visual treat for your eyes.

I visited the place last week only. I am so overwhelmed with the place's beauty and eternity that I keep telling about my experience. The place has wide spread green grasses, that it seems no less than any valley from Switzerland. The view still includes tall peaks covered with snow. Away from all the noises of the fast running world, the place gives you a feeling of serenity. It is worth going there. Animals roaming around, freely, chirping birds and the wide green area, nothing less than heaven.

Experience at this place are truly amazing. Following factors you should consider 1. Location beauty A great place to visit. Especially, during winter season Oct to Apr. Snow scrapped white wide landscape. And during May to Sep it is full of greenery 2. Activities are available at phase 1 are ski, motor ski, sledge, horse ride, miscellaneous based on the time you are travelling 3. Price they call out price 5x compared to actual rates so high scope of negotiations may require for you. Example skiing they might ask you to pay (equipment rent for full day 1500, teacher 2000, total 3500) you can get this at the rate of Rs. 250 for an hour or Rs. 1000 for full day including equipment and teacher. 4. Guide you don't need any guide BUT you may have one at your own expense. Because, they will multiply the price by 3 and get commission from every section you interact with money. 5. Food You might find some snacks at this place 6. Gondola cable car ride you will get this at the counter located next to the entry gate. Or on the day of ride you can book online tickets from the jktdc cable car ride portal. Bonus tips be careful for any help you receive.
