The hotel was little old, but with great view rooms on the front and great food. We were there for a night on April 2022, our experience was best. Room heating and ceiling heating works very well. The rooms were clean and warm. Dinner and breakfast buffet were fantastic. Location wise: Gondola counter is hardly 10 minutes walk.

The only thing I didn’t like is when we refuse the tip at the checkout why does the staff gets so much angry. Professionalism says that you shouldn’t even ask for tip because customer have already paid for the stay and if we say No then the staff should be polite enough to accept that
