La Terraza - Baracoa

This restaurant in Cuba may have served me the most delicious food I have ever eaten. I was thrilled when the waiter handed me a vegetarian menu, and the vegetable soup with coconut milk that I started with was incredibly tasty. The broth with salsa that followed was a bit odd, but the greens in coconut sauce, rice, and plantains that came next were delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
