I went in to order two burritos, and while they were preparing my first one, the staff started assisting the next customer. One of the employees acted as if it was a burden for her to take my order for a second burrito. When I requested to drain the beans, she looked me straight in the eye and poured a large amount of liquid all over my burrito, making it extremely soggy. The street tacos where excellent! Added the large queso and chips and this is a meal I will be coming back for! Friendly staff, fast service, even the bathrooms where clean!
The manager there must hate his job. I asked for some salt and he said we don?t have salt here we salt our food, I said food is good can I have some salt. He said u serious we don?t have salt. I started laughing thinking he was joking. He started telling me to have seat we don?t have salt. I said to him why are you getting mad it?s just salt. He had the worst attitude I?ve ever seen. Bald guy with a star tattoo on his neck. I?ve never seen customer service like that in my life. I hate leaving reviews like this, but sometimes you have to do that so that people know. The customer service was not just bad but outrageous at this place. I was ordering food and this gentlemen was physically abused by the manager. I witnessed the entire situation, the family ordered food, they were charged extra, gentleman asked what is the extra charge for, the manger got violent and yelled ?pay, take the food and get out of my restaurant!?. Cops were called because of racial slurs. Just bad attitude from the manager, not sure who hired this guy?I hope cooperate see?s what name he brings to their institution. Racism is not accepted and/or taken lightly.
I 've been here many times and have always been happy... but today was really disappointing. The service was unbelievably slow at 2:30pm. I asked for guac and they said no guac . I asked when it would return, since there was no sign that indicated they were out. They said tomorrow . Nobody offered us chips with our bowls- we had to ask for them. As I was eating my burrito bowl, I pulled a long hair out of my mouth.
We love the food here when it's done right! Unfortunately this is the third time our online order was messed up by this location. We ordered a Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla with some other toppings, and we got a Regular Tortilla (No Cheese Crust) with Fajita Veggies added (did not ask for). The food here is moderately priced, so one would at least expect to receive what they ordered.
