What Catherine Micklitz likes about Log Cabin Restaurant and Bakery:
The road was closed, but once we were able to find the way to this restaurant , it was worth it. The food was great, a very attentive waiter, and the building was definitely a log cabin look. I had the smoked bbq ribs, and they were very tender. Had Coconut Cream Pie. Very good. Good Food and Great Pie. Breakfast is the best, but all meals are good, pricing ok, and good service.

read moreThe Log Cabin Family Restaurant in Baraboo, Wisconsin, offers a mix of experiences for its diners. While some have had a negative experience with the new owners, others have found it to be the best restaurant in Wisconsin. However, the majority of reviews are positive, praising the delicious and reasonably priced food, especially the pies and comfort food options. The cozy log cabin setting, friendly staff, and quick service have left many patrons impressed. Diners recommend trying dishes such as the homemade bread, banana cream pie, smoked BBQ ribs, and pot roast. The wood carvings throughout the restaurant add to its charm, and the portion sizes are generous. Overall, the Log Cabin Family Restaurant is considered a gem in Baraboo and a must-visit for those in the area.
