I would rate it lower if I could. The staff were very unprofessional and not well-groomed. Our order, which was taken by hand, turned out to be incorrect. We also had to wait about 30 minutes for our food.
Unfortunately, they had run out of thighs and proposed two legs as an alternative. I politely declined, explaining that I preferred to wait for a thigh since it offers more meat than a leg, unless they could give me three legs instead. The staff member went to check on my suggestion with a supervisor, but sadly, my request was denied, and they had no idea when thighs would be back in stock. They did offer me a breast, but I'm not a fan of white meat, so I turned that down as well and requested a refund, which they processed. It was such a disappointment because I was really looking forward to some KFC!
The food at KFC is tasty, and most of the time, it's served hot. However, the drive-thru service is incredibly slow—probably the slowest I've encountered. Despite this, I keep coming back for the delicious meals. If you're in a rush, it's best to avoid this spot, as wait times can range from 20 to 40 minutes. Patience is key here. Hopefully, they find ways to speed up their service soon!
I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru, which completely defeats the purpose of using it. I could have spent my time and gas more wisely elsewhere. Honestly, by the time I got my food, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, paid a bit more, and spent about the same. When I finally reached the window, I had to wait another 5 minutes just to pay because it took so long for the window to open. I saw at least four employees wandering around without any urgency. If they had been short-staffed and working hard, I would understand, but there was a clear lack of care. I love KFC, but I won’t be coming back to this location.
